Roles & Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive Soft Skills training sessions in engineering colleges and management institutes.
Developing and delivering training modules focused on personality development and communication.
Engaging with students and faculty to ensure training effectiveness.
Managing travel schedules to reach various campus locations for training delivery.
Requirements:
Post-graduate degree, preferably MBA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
Openness and flexibility for frequent traveling to different institutes.
Ability to manage and motivate large groups of students.
