The role involves the full lifecycle of automation projects, utilizing cutting-edge PLC, SCADA, and drive technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, program, and execute rigorous testing for PLC, SCADA, HMI, SERVO, and VFD systems.
Develop and implement tailored control strategies to optimize clients manufacturing processes.
Create comprehensive technical documentation including functional specifications and wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot complex operational issues related to multi-vendor automation deployments.
Conduct professional site assessments and provide technical support during system commissioning.
Ensure strict compliance with international industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Hold a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proven professional experience ranging from 1 to 7 years in industrial automation workflows.
Proficiency in programming PLCs from leading brands such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley.
Hands-on expertise with SCADA platforms like WinCC, FTView SE, Zenon, or Labview.
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols including Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance standards and related data reporting.
