The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering advanced automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial automation market segment.
Establish and maintain robust long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Analyze customer technical requirements and propose comprehensive tailored automation solutions.
Develop and conduct technical presentations along with detailed product demonstrations.
Partner with the engineering division to ensure proposed technical frameworks fulfill client parameters.
Draft granular quotes, technical proposals, and manage end-to-end commercial negotiations.
Oversee post-sales client accounts to secure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven professional background as a Sales Engineer within the industrial automation sector.
Strong core technical competence in PLC, SCADA, HMI, SERVO, and VFD systems.
Hold a B.E. / B.Tech or Masters degree in Instrumentation and Control, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Excellent professional communication, presentation, and contract negotiation capabilities.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, IoT concepts, and Industry 4.0 applications is highly preferred.
Full tactical willingness to travel for client site visits as required by the business.
