Team Lead – AI/ML and Data Science Engineering

Lead a high-performing AI/ML team at CS TECH Ai to deliver cutting-edge solutions from end-to-end. We are looking for a visionary leader to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence in deep learning and data science.

• Manage AI/ML projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Define technical vision, set team objectives, and mentor data scientists and engineers.
• Handle project management tasks including scoping, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee model selection, training, evaluation, and optimization for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers and domain experts to integrate AI models into production.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• 5+ years of proven experience in leading AI/ML teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in Python/R and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data compliance.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployment.
