Eclat Health Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our medical coding operations in Hyderabad. This role focuses on auditing medical records and ensuring compliance with industry standards to improve overall team performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Audit coded medical records to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
Identify coding errors and provide constructive feedback to the coding team.
Maintain alignment with industry standards including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
Support performance improvement initiatives based on audit findings.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Profee Surgery Coding.
Mandatory Coding certification (CPC is highly preferred).
Proven expertise in coding multi-specialties including Orthopedics, Cardiology, and Neurosurgery.
Strong knowledge of profee side surgery guidelines and major/minor procedures.
Ability to work from the office for an initial 6-month period.
