Patient Relation Executive (OP) - Gastro

Join PACE Hospitals as a Patient Relation Executive for our Outpatient department. We are looking for professional candidates with specific experience in Gastroenterology to enhance our patient care team.

• Manage patient interactions and inquiries in the Outpatient (OP) department
• Ensure a seamless patient flow and provide assistance with registration and billing
• Coordinate with the Gastroenterology department for patient appointments and follow-ups
• Address patient grievances and provide timely resolutions to maintain high satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining hospital mission, vision, and values in daily operations

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Degree, BHA, or MHA
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in healthcare
• Mandatory: Prior experience in Gastroenterology department is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
