SunTec is looking for a passionate Technical Trainer to join our Knowledge Management team. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Java and SQL training programs to enhance the technical competency of our associates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create, plan, facilitate, and deliver technical, platform, and product trainings.
Coordinate end-to-end training programs from conception to evaluation and feedback.
Develop and execute individual talent development plans for each associate.
Create and curate content to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
Act as a knowledge champion and continuously improve SunTec training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of Java 8 or later versions.
Solid understanding of DBMS principles and hands-on experience with SQL.
Very good communication and presentation skills.
2 to 6 years of relevant experience in technical training or development.
