- Maintain meticulous records of call logs, lead data, and student admission status.
- Handle front-desk interactions, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors.
- Coordinate admission events, orientations, and other school-wide promotional activities.
- Ensure all incoming digital communication and emails are responded to promptly and accurately.
Requirements: - Bachelors degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Exceptional command over spoken and written English with a professional tone.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to handle diverse parent inquiries.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and email management.
