Trainee Design Engineer - LED Lighting

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Design Engineer to join our growing team at LEDFlex Group. You will work on innovative linear lighting products, translating conceptual ideas into precise 3D models and technical documentation.

• Assist in developing 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings.
• Use Inventor to create accurate 3D models using assemblies and parts.
• Support the team in creating technical documentation.
• Participate in design validation and revision processes.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing engineering projects.
• Assist in the design process of sample kits, including 3D models and drawings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or 3D Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Fusion 360.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for engineering and innovation in the lighting industry.
