Equipment Trainer & Technical Inspector

S M Engineering Solutions is looking for an experienced Trainer & Inspector to manage machine operations training and equipment certification. The role involves ensuring safety compliance, conducting thorough technical evaluations, and facilitating successful machine passing across various deployment stages.

• Deliver comprehensive technical training to equipment operators focusing on safe machine operation, daily inspection protocols, and strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Perform detailed inspection and certify industrial machinery (such as cranes) as fit for operations during the on-hire, de-hire, and ready-to-rent phases.
• Liaise and coordinate with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Provide operational onsite training to operators and guarantee seamless passing and approval of machinery at client project sites.

• Possess a minimum educational qualification of a Graduate degree or a technical Diploma in Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in the field of machinery inspection and operator training, specifically working with cranes.
• Age bracket must strictly be between 22 and 40 years.
• Demonstrate good verbal fluency in both English and Hindi for effective communication and training delivery.
• Strong willingness to travel across diverse project sites as required by hiring schedules.
• Basic computer literacy for accurate digital record-keeping and maintenance logs.
