Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute onsite construction and assembly of solar support structures according to engineering designs.
Conduct structural evaluation and quality checks on installed solar frameworks.
Handle, prepare, and modify mild steel (MS) materials as required for installation.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure safety and precision during solar system setup.
Requirements:
Educational qualification of ITI in Welder or Fitter trade.
0 to 1 year of practical experience in handling mild steel (MS) materials.
Basic understanding of structural drawings and technical alignment.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and field work.
