Service Engineer - Hydraulic & Boom Lifts

S M Engineering Solutions is hiring a technical Service Engineer to oversee the operational readiness and maintenance of industrial access equipment. This position focuses on implementing preventive maintenance, diagnosing complex faults, and conducting real-time repairs on critical machinery.

• Execute routine maintenance and comprehensive servicing of mechanical access platforms, including boom lifts and scissor lifts.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic system faults.
• Perform high-quality technical repairs both on-site at client locations and within the central workshop facility.
• Inspect all machinery prior to dispatch to ensure they are fully functional, operationally safe, and deployment-ready.
• Maintain systematic and accurate service records, filling out job sheets and generating technical breakdown reports.
• Respond promptly to emergency operational breakdowns at client project sites to minimize equipment downtime.

• Educational Background: ITI certification, Engineering Diploma, or B.E / B.Tech degree in relevant technical fields.
• Experience Level: Open to absolute Freshers as well as candidates possessing professional experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or electronics troubleshooting.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 20 and 35 years of age.
• Mobility: Strong willingness to travel extensively across various South Indian states to handle urgent on-site breakdown assignments.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid and active driving licence.
