UI/UX Designer for PubKit Workflow System

Join the product team at Newgen KnowledgeWorks to design for PubKit, a global workflow management platform. We need a creative designer to craft high-fidelity wireframes and modular UI components for complex systems.

• Create detailed flowcharts, user journey maps, and high-fidelity wireframe mockups for PubKit.
• Design modular and reusable UI components that align with the core product architecture.
• Integrate new feature requirements into accessible and visually appealing user experiences.
• Review existing UI/UX elements to ensure platform-wide consistency.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery.

• Strong design thinking and sharp product intuition for workflow applications.
• Hands-on expertise in crafting seamless user experiences for complex software.
• Proven ability to create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive mockups.
• Experience working within an Agile environment and participating in roadmap discussions.
• Ability to participate in daily stand-up meetings 5 days a week.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
