VLS Bestsoft is looking for a seasoned HR Executive to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. We offer a dynamic environment where you can manage the full recruitment lifecycle and grow professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Responsible for talent acquisition for junior and mid-level positions
Source candidates via databases, job portals, and professional referrals
Formulate interview schedules and maintain detailed candidate reports
Screen and parse resumes for specialized skills and qualifications
Maintain and update the internal resume database
Requirements:
3 to 6 years of proven experience in HR recruitment
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
Proficiency in using major job portals and sourcing techniques
Excellent screening and candidate assessment skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
