AAPC/AHIMA Certified Medical Coder (Night Shift)

Join Clarus RCM as a Certified Medical Coder specializing in Denial Management and claims processing. This role offers a stable night shift schedule with fixed weekends off for professionals with AAPC or AHIMA credentials.

• Accurately assign medical codes for hospital or physician-side claims
• Manage denials and write effective appeals to insurance companies
• Utilize Epic software for medical record documentation and coding
• Collaborate with the RCM team to ensure timely claim submissions
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards in a night shift environment

• Mandatory certification from AAPC or AHIMA
• Prior experience in medical coding and Denial Management
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with Epic EHR system is a significant advantage
• Ability to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM)

• Salary between 30,000 - 35,000 Pesos
• Joining bonus of 5,000 Pesos for early joiners
• Fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays
