Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle US travel sales operations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Monitor and ensure quality analysis for travel bookings and customer interactions
Utilize GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for efficient ticketing
Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining service standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an SME in the US Travel industry
Mandatory knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
Experience in Quality Analysis within a travel sales environment
Comfortable working permanent night shifts (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM)
