Aldous Glare Tech and Energy is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to oversee channel distribution and dealer-level sales for Apple products. This role focuses on driving sales growth and managing premium retail accounts within the assigned territory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and expand the established dealer network and B2B client accounts.
Drive primary and secondary sales cycles including sell-in and sell-out operations.
Conduct daily market visits, engage with dealers, and control outstanding collections.
Monitor the productivity of Apple brand promoters and ensure high visibility and VM compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, schemes execution, and sales reporting.
Requirements:
Educational background: Graduate or MBA, preferably specializing in Sales or Marketing.
Experience: 1 to 5 years in premium smartphone or mobile electronics sales sectors.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and professional communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated business territory.
