BNC Enterprise is looking for a skilled 6G Welder to join our manufacturing team in Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for experts in stainless steel welding and pipeline maintenance who prioritize quality and safety.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Weld and assemble metal components including stainless steel and sheet metal.
Perform welding, brazing, and cutting in accordance with ASME Code (QW-405-6-G Fixed).
Plan layouts, install, and repair pipelines, fittings, and fixtures.
Read and interpret P&ID drawings and package layout drawings.
Identify potential welding issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with QA/QC and Engineering teams to ensure production targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a 6G Welder with expertise in ASME Code specifications.
Ability to work with various metals, especially stainless steel and sheet metal.
Proficiency in reading P&ID and technical layout drawings.
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Experience in plant construction or maintenance welding.
