Chief Engineer (MEP) for Resort

Clover Greens Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive Chief Engineer with strong MEP expertise to manage engineering operations and infrastructure reliability at our resort property. You will lead maintenance teams and ensure seamless utility management.

• Oversee maintenance of all MEP systems including HVAC, DG sets, electrical, plumbing, STP/WTP, and fire safety.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for infrastructure.
• Supervise installation, troubleshooting, and repair of all facility equipment.
• Lead and manage engineering staff, technicians, and contractors to ensure operational excellence.
• Prepare engineering budgets, manage spare parts inventory, and control maintenance expenses.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering operations within the hospitality industry.
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, facility management, and HVAC operations.
• Proven leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage emergency breakdowns and maintain safety documentation.
