Anubhav Vacations is a unique travel company focused on nature and cultural experiences. We are looking for a proactive Liaison Executive in Mumbai to manage tourist interactions, payment collections, and operational logistics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect total tour payments from tourists within defined timelines.
Maintain and update internal databases and Excel records with tourist information.
Manage stock inventory and coordinate material dispatches.
Handle all tourist communications via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or public relations.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and internal database management.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
