IceWrapz is looking for a professional Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thane West. We invite candidates with experience in e-commerce or retail to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
Resolve concerns regarding orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and payments.
Provide accurate product information and support.
Maintain professional and timely communication with all customers.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or Shopify is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
