HSK IT Solutions is looking for a Database Administrator to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for assigning and tracking tickets, managing SLAs, and ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assign and track tickets and change requests for efficient service delivery
Monitor tickets/change requests and manage strict SLAs
Prepare and submit status reports to minimize project exposure and risks
Perform root cause analysis on an ongoing basis for continuous improvement
Guide and develop team members to enhance technical capabilities and productivity
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Database Administration principles
Experience in service delivery and SLA management
Analytical skills for performing root cause analysis (RCA)
Ability to prepare technical status and risk assessment reports
Leadership qualities to guide and mentor team members
