Dental Eligibility Verification Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Dental Eligibility Verification Specialist to manage insurance benefit checks for our US-based clients. Join our professional healthcare RCM team in a permanent full-time night shift role.

• Verify patient dental insurance eligibility, coverage details, and plan limitations
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to insurance providers to confirm policy status
• Accurately document benefits including deductibles, co-pays, and annual maximums
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve eligibility discrepancies
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and company operational guidelines

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in Dental Eligibility Verification
• Solid understanding of US dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Indemnity)
• Excellent verbal communication skills for voice process
• Proficiency in interpreting dental benefits and insurance documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in night shifts
