Pulsus Group is looking for a motivated On Job Trainee to join our scientific events team in Hyderabad. You will play a key role in coordinating international symposia, managing scientific sessions, and engaging with top-tier research professionals globally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate program-related events like workshops and international scientific symposia.
Design technical sessions and invite professors and industry experts to participate.
Act as the primary point of contact for program chairs and invited speakers.
Execute marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns for event promotion.
Manage organizing committees and maintain databases for research outreach.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree in Science, Pharma, Biotechnology, or B.Tech/B.E.
Excellent proficiency in English language.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
