Techsche Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead to drive growth and lead generation initiatives. You will oversee marketing strategies and mentor a talented team to maximize ROI across multiple digital channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve growth and lead generation objectives.
Develop and oversee comprehensive strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to implement data-driven improvements.
Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with cross-functional teams for organizational alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with prior team leadership.
Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
