ERP Sales Executive (Fintech Focus)

We are seeking a motivated ERP Business Executive to drive the sales of our fintech-tailored ERP solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, serving NBFCs, MSMEs, and enterprise clients.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the fintech sector.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for ERP modules.
• Manage the full sales cycle including negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in ERP, SaaS, or Fintech sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of business workflows and technical ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
