RSM is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Senior Associate to lead innovative business application solutions. You will collaborate with global teams to configure, customize, and deploy enterprise-level Microsoft solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet complex business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
Execute system configuration, unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
Support data migration, security role configuration, and post-go-live activities.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Proven implementation experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Apps, BI, Dataverse).
Excellent business process mapping and communication skills.
Ability to work in global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred.
