Quinnox is hiring an experienced AI Lead to design and deploy innovative Generative AI solutions. You will leverage cutting-edge machine learning and NLP techniques to drive product delivery for global clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-based solutions using LLMs.
Lead development of Generative AI applications using RAG and Fine-tuning.
Implement advanced techniques including Multi-Stage Reasoning and MoE models.
Ensure model governance and safety using Nemo Guardrails.
Collaborate across teams to integrate AI models into enterprise products.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in application development and product delivery.
Strong proficiency in Python and LangChain.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning.
Knowledge of Vector Databases (e.g., Azure AI Search) and Text-to-SQL conversion.
Understanding of Prompt Engineering and model governance.
