RSM is looking for an experienced Applied AI Solutions Architect to join our strategic team in Hyderabad. You will design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade AI solutions, bridging the gap between advanced machine learning and business strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including ingestion, training, and deployment.
Design generative AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architectures.
Evaluate and select optimal AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud services.
Establish MLOps/AIOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, ethical AI systems.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in ML engineering or software architecture.
3+ years of specific experience in AI/ML solution design.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
Knowledge of generative AI techniques, RAG, prompt engineering, and MLOps.
