Risk Consulting Supervisor - Forensic Investigations

RSM is seeking a highly skilled investigative professional to lead forensic due-diligence and integrity investigations. This role involves managing complex OSINT findings and AML/KYC risk assessments to support global private equity and corporate M&A teams.

• Conduct investigative due-diligence, AML/KYC, and pre-transaction integrity checks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Interpret complex open-source intelligence (OSINT) and public records to identify financial crime risks and reputational threats.
• Execute investigation workplans and perform expert witness analyses for litigation and insurance claims.
• Utilize forensic technology and data analytics tools like World-Check, Factiva, and Lexis-Nexis.
• Manage team productivity, contribute to business development proposals, and develop client delivery tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Masters degree or CFE/CAMS certification is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in forensic investigations or a related field, preferably within a "Big 4" environment.
• Deep expertise in gathering human/market intelligence and automating information gathering from the public domain.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent concise verbal/written communication skills.
