Experienced MIS Executive in Real Estate

TNCD LLP is hiring a skilled MIS Executive to manage data reporting and analysis for our real estate operations in Coimbatore. If you have a strong command of Excel and 3-5 years of experience in data management, we invite you to apply.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
• Collect, analyze, and update operational data across various departments
• Develop insightful dashboards, charts, and presentations to support decision-making
• Maintain precise records of real estate projects, sales, and operational expenses
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data submission and accuracy
• Ensure high levels of data confidentiality and proper documentation standards

• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in MIS reporting or data management
• Expertise in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas
• Any Graduate degree; B.Com, BBA, or MBA candidates are preferred
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and coordination abilities for team interaction
• Basic understanding of ERP or CRM software is an advantage
