Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through telecalling, field visits, and digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct professional property site visits and deliver detailed project presentations.
Follow up with prospective clients consistently to ensure effective sales closures.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate a smooth booking process for customers.
Maintain and update accurate customer databases and daily sales activity reports.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach.
Requirements:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Self-motivated attitude with a strong target-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of the real estate market and documentation processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and professional emailing.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
