Factory General Helper & Production Support

We are looking for energetic Factory Helpers to join our engineering workshop and assist in daily manufacturing operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for hardworking individuals to gain experience in a professional production environment with full on-the-job training provided.

• Assist skilled machine operators and technicians in daily production tasks Handle loading and unloading of raw materials and finished engineering goods Maintain tools and equipment as per instructions from the shop floor supervisor Ensure machines and work areas are kept clean and organized daily Perform packing, labeling, and safe movement of finished products Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace Provide general support to team leaders to ensure smooth workflow

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a factory setting No formal experience required as full training will be provided Willingness to learn and work effectively within a team environment Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety standards strictly Basic understanding of tools or previous workshop experience is a plus
