- Operate specialized machinery and tools within the composite division as per safety standards.
- Ensure the companys core values and strict quality protocols are maintained during fabrication.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize mold manufacturing and assembly workflows.
Requirements: - Educational background in ITI, Diploma, or BE in relevant engineering streams.
- Solid experience of 3 to 5 years in FRP mold manufacturing or composite industries.
- Strong understanding of aerospace-grade materials and technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a high-precision manufacturing environment with attention to detail.
