Job Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber Freelance General Manager to spearhead our distribution network and build a powerhouse sales team for our skin, hair, and wellness portfolio. This is a results-driven role offering a 5% commission on net recoveries with immense long-term growth and partnership potential for an entrepreneurial leader. Roles & Responsibilities: - Strategically appoint Super Stockists and Distributors to expand our market footprint.
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales team including an ASM and Sales Representatives.
- Develop regional markets and drive the team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Ensure 100% collection and recovery of funds to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Oversee team discipline, performance monitoring, and day-to-day operational management.
- Formulate sales strategies to penetrate the Pharma and FMCG sectors effectively.
Requirements: - Proven experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Cosmetics industry at a senior sales level.
- Strong existing network of distributors and established market contacts.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team from scratch.
