We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for our BPO 4 process in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in high-volume hiring and stakeholder management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for BPO business units.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and meet hiring needs.
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
Coordinate team activities and maintain lead reporting.
Ensure timely closure of all open positions within the TAT.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment management.
Mandatory experience in BPO sector hiring.
Strong expertise in comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and meet aggressive hiring targets.
