Unicita is looking for an IP Administrator in Bengaluru to handle patent filings with IPO, USPTO, and WIPO. This role requires precision in managing client dockets and tracking international legal deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Filing patent applications with Indian, US, and International (PCT) patent offices.
Managing and updating intellectual property client dockets and case files.
Preparing legal forms including Power of Attorney, Oaths, and Declarations.
Tracking critical deadlines and notifying the internal team and international clients.
Reviewing documents from patent offices and preparing Information Disclosure Statements.
Requirements:
Graduate degree or B.A LLB with 1 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or LPO.
Strong background in US Patent and Trademark law procedures is a significant advantage.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
Proven ability to streamline internal administration tasks and manage complex filings.
Must be a local candidate currently based in Bangalore.
