Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling payment recovery cases and managing cheque bounce legal matters.
Drafting formal legal notices and preparing basic court documentation.
Assisting with legal filings and following up on court proceedings in Bangalore.
Coordinating with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
Managing task-based legal assignments with a focus on practical resolution.
Requirements:
Fresh LLB graduates or junior lawyers eager to gain practical experience.
Must be located in Bangalore and available for physical court visits and filings.
Self-motivated attitude with a willingness to work on a flexible, freelance basis.
Basic understanding of legal drafting and payment-related laws.
Strong communication skills for client and court coordination.
