The Lillys, a premium European restaurant and cafe in Thrissur, is looking for a talented Jr. Sous Chef and Senior CDP. If you have a passion for Continental cuisine and strong leadership skills, join our culinary team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain service excellence.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize kitchen waste.
Enforce strict food safety (HACCP) and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate on menu development and seasonal dish planning.
Lead the kitchen line during service to ensure timely food delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Chef, Sous Chef, or CDP.
Strong expertise in European and Continental cooking techniques.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols.
Ability to manage a team effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Malayalam is required.
Perks & Benefits:
Monthly salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000.
