MRF Tyres is inviting applications for the Machine Operator Trainee role under the LEAD and NAPS programs in Dahej. This is a brilliant opportunity for freshers to start a career in manufacturing with one of India's leading tyre brands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate industrial machinery for tyre manufacturing under expert supervision.
Maintain production standards and ensure quality checking of finished products.
Adhere strictly to factory safety protocols and technical guidelines.
Participate in structured training sessions as part of the LEAD program.
Monitor machine performance and report any technical discrepancies.
Requirements:
Educational qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation.
Age limit: 18 to 30 years.
Physical standards: Male (Min 5'2", 48kg), Female (Min 5'0", 40kg).
Must not have colour blindness.
Willingness to work in rotating day and night shifts (8 hours).
