Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage interior workshop operations independently and oversee the entire fabrication process.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately from technical drawings.
- Handle production planning, scheduling, and estimation of jobs to ensure timely project delivery.
- Supervise onsite installation of exhibition stalls and retail interiors with a focus on quality control.
- Manage human resources and ground-level staff to maintain high workshop productivity.
- Ensure inspection and successful dispatch of materials for event sites.
Requirements: - Proven hands-on experience in exhibitions, events, or interior turnkey execution companies.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering materials and construction techniques.
