eGain is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Manager in Pune to own our worldwide client portfolio. You will bridge the gap between AI-driven solutions and customer success by managing technical escalations and driving product adoption.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for worldwide eGain clients.
Coordinate timely resolution of issues across Support, Services, Engineering, and Product teams.
Mentor and guide Customer Technical Analysts in technical communication and escalation handling.
Identify and bridge product adoption gaps through data-driven insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve systemic technical issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Support, TAM, or Professional Services).
Strong working knowledge of AI Technology Solutions, APIs, and integration patterns.
Proven track record of managing and resolving high-severity customer escalations.
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and drive technical excellence.
