Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Infrastructure and Application Operations in a SaaS-Cloud environment.
Oversee complex System Migrations, specifically to Public Cloud platforms.
Conduct Technical Requirement Gathering and lead Execution planning.
Collaborate across teams including Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success.
Utilize JIRA and ServiceNow IPC modules for operational excellence.
Requirements:
12-15 years of experience in SaaS-Cloud operations.
Proven track record in managing Infrastructure and Application Operations.
Strong expertise in System Migrations to Public Cloud.
Proficient in JIRA, ServiceNow, and IPC modules.
Certified in Agile-Scrum, ITIL/ITSM, and Public Cloud Fundamentals (Azure/GCP).
