Senior Engineer Device Characterization

Micron is seeking a Senior Device Characterization Engineer in Hyderabad to drive innovation in memory and storage solutions. You will lead electrical device-level measurements and develop methodologies to characterize advanced memory technologies.

• Setup and perform complex electrical measurements for various device flavors.
• Analyze and optimize technology behavior using statistical data from early lots.
• Automate semiconductor instrumentation (parameter analyzers, wafer probers, etc.).
• Track and improve device specifications through the technology maturity lifecycle.
• Partner with process integration, design, and reliability engineering teams.

• Masters (M.Tech, MS) or Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor characterization.
• Strong background in solid-state physics and semiconductor processing.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Linux, and scripting tools (PJMP/JSL).
• Expertise in operating semiconductor instrumentation like LCR meters and oscilloscopes.
