Senior Data Scientist - Fintech & Credit Risk

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to produce intelligent, automated solutions.

• Work with technology teams to define requirements for new platform capabilities.
• Independently lead analytical projects, setting goals and coordinating timelines.

• 4+ years of experience in advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and machine learning.
• High proficiency in Python and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of credit risk lifecycle, from origination to debt collection.
• Experience with big data and cloud computing tools like Spark and Hadoop.
• Ability to drive projects independently with minimal guidance and high ownership.
