Senior Equation Banking Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Equation Developer to join our core banking team in Chennai. You will be instrumental in designing and maintaining robust banking solutions on the AS400/iSeries platform, ensuring high performance and seamless system integration.

• Design, develop, and enhance banking applications within the EQUATION platform.
• Manage complex AS400 objects, display files, and database architecture using RPGLE, CL, and SQLRPG.
• Create efficient reports, banking workflows, and system interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform impact analysis and manage deployment cycles.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot critical banking application issues.

• 7-10 years of professional experience in EQUATION Core Banking System.
• Proficiency in IBM iSeries/AS400 environment (RPGLE, CL, SQLRPG).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and performance tuning.
• Proven ability to design reports, extracts, and third-party integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a banking environment.
