Gradus Engineers is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead critical engineering functions for enterprise clients in Bangalore. You will guide a team of 10–15 engineers, shape technical strategy, and deliver scalable solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 10–15 engineers.
Drive execution across multiple projects with full SDLC ownership.
Improve engineering processes, quality standards, and delivery predictability.
Guide architectural decisions, system design, and technical best practices.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team.
Manage customer expectations and translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Requirements:
10+ years of engineering experience with 3-5 years in leadership roles.
Strong background in Networking, Security, and modern software engineering.
Hands-on expertise in Python, Golang, or Rust, and React.js/Next.js.
Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale products.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
