Join our growing team as a Desktop Support Engineer within the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for maintaining critical IT infrastructure and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support and end-user hardware/software troubleshooting.
Manage user access control and perform Active Directory administration.
Ensure IT operations comply with GMP, GAMP, ALCOA, and GxP standards.
Execute routine backup and system restore processes.
Support critical IT operations within the manufacturing unit.
Requirements:
2–10 years of professional experience in IT.
Proven experience in the Pharma industry is mandatory.
Deep knowledge of GxP, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
Hands-on skills with Active Directory and user access management.
Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
