Senior HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition

Power Linkers Group, a leader in Consulting Engineering since 1981, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to lead talent acquisition and employee engagement. This role offers a stable career path within a well-established organization serving major corporations across India and the Gulf.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Develop effective talent acquisition strategies and workforce forecasts.
• Lead employee branding initiatives and organize career fairs or assessment centers.
• Oversee onboarding processes and act as a consultant for new hires.
• Handle employee grievances, engagement activities, and general HR administration.
• Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire to improve processes.

• Minimum 3 to 15 years of experience in HR consultancy or corporate recruitment.
• Educational background in B.Com, M.Com, BMS, or MBA/MMS.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong command of social media and job portals for strategic sourcing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Candidates should be physically and mentally fit for a long-term (5-year) commitment.
