Service Engineer - Heat Pump & Maintenance

We are looking for a dedicated Fitter/Technician to handle our Hashe Heat Pump systems with full ownership. Candidates will manage installation, commissioning, and on-site servicing to ensure our customers stay happy and satisfied.

• Execute installation, pre-commissioning, and final testing of heat pump equipment at various locations. Provide expert on-site service for pumps and guide customers on system operations clearly. Attend product training sessions and travel for site visits to resolve complaints in a timely manner. Coordinate with the site support team and strictly follow all safety precautions during work. Manage spare parts installation and maintain all service tools and protective gear in top condition. Assess warranty versus non-warranty repairs accurately before starting any service work. Collect feedback from clients and maintain digital records using basic computer knowledge.

• Candidate must have Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3+ years of solid experience in pump servicing and repairing is mandatory. Willingness to travel for moderate site visits and field duty. Basic computer literacy and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Training will be provided for specific product lines like Hashe Heat Pumps.
